Sunwing Adds More Nonstop Flights to Cancun, Mexico

Canadian travel company Sunwing has added more new flights to Cancun this winter. 

Starting this month, Sunwing is operating weekly nonstop flights from Kelowna, British Columbia to Cancun. 

The service begins Dec. 15, running once weekly through April 13, 2023. 

Sunwing is also launching weekly flights from Kelowna to the increasingly popular Mexican destination of Mazatlan on Fridays. 

That service will run weekly through April 14.

Sunwing’s Cancun offering ranges fro the Sandals Playacar resort to the soon-to-debut Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, which opens next week. 

Cancun continues to add new routes as its international airport reports higher passenger traffic than before the pandemic.
