The premier culinary event in the Caribbean is making its return to the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman.

Cayman Cookout, the beloved food festival hosted by Eric Ripert, is returning from Jan. 12-16, 2023.

The event is back after a two-year hiatus, gathering some of the world’s top chefs, including José Andrés, Adrienne Cheatham, Master Sommelier Aldo Sohm, Andrew Zimmern, Antonio Bachour, Charles Joly, Daniel Boulud, Dean Max, Dominique Crenn, Emeril Lagasse, Jennifer Carroll, Kristen Kish and Tom Colicchio.

Ripert himself has curated the events and menus, along with participating chefs.

He’s long operated the Cayman Islands’ signature eatery, Blue by Eric Ripert, at the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. That eatery has regularly placed in the top selections of the annual 50 Best Restaurants in the Caribbean.

This year has placed a new emphasis on beverage programming, highlighted by an “extensive” list of rare wines.
