Chef Adrien Delcourt from Paris’ celebrated Jules Verne restaurant (the one in the Eiffel Tower) is coming to The Bahamas.
Next month, Delcourt takes over at the legendary Cafe Martinique restaurant at Atlantis Paradise Island.
The storied eatery, which also featured in the James Bond film Thunderball, will be unveiling a number of changes to coincide with the move.
That includes the debut of a new absinthe menu and a new outdoor terrace.
It’s part of a growing culinary movement in Nassau and Paradise Island that continues to attract leading chefs from around the world.
