Marriott Just Opened a New AC Hotel in Mexico

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - August 25, 2022

Marriott has opened a new AC Hotel in Mexico, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The new AC Hotel by Marriott Monterrey Valle is the newest AC hotel in the brand’s portfolio.

The 166-room hotel, which also includes an AC restaurant serving Spanish-style food.

It’s the second Marriott to open in the region this month, following the recent debut of the new Barranquilla Marriott.

“This opening underscores the great success of AC Hotels in Mexico. AC Hotel Monterrey Valle is the brand’s sixth hotel in the country and the first in Monterrey. The hotel’s purposefully designed signature spaces invite guests and locals to collaborate during the day and enjoy tapas and cocktails in the evening. We are thrilled to bring a new dimension to this bustling city,” said Brian King, President, Marriott International in the Caribbean and Latin America.

The hotel also has a fully-equipped fitness center, state-of-the-art meeting facilities and an AC Terrace for events.

It’s set in the District Armida mixed-use space in San Pedro Garza Garcia.
