Nickelodeon Resorts’ Preschool Event Is Back in Punta Cana

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - August 15, 2022

Nickelodeon Hotels and Resorts is bringing back its popular preschool program in Punta Cana.

The Nick Jr. Friends Event, an annual fall event for preschoolers, is back in Punta Cana from Sept. 8 through Oct. 31, 2022.

The event, which is also being held at Nickelodeon’s resort on the Riviera Maya, includes dedicated programming and appearances by Nickelodeon characters.

That includes Chase, Marshall and Skye from PAW Patrol, Blue from Blue’s Clues & You!, Dora the Explorer, Shimmer and Shine, and for the first time ever, Santiago of the Seas.

Each of the two Nickelodeon resorts will have distinct programming.

In Punta Cana, that means an appearance by Santiago, while the Riviera Maya resort will feature appearances from Paw Patrol’s Chase and Skye and Shimmer and Shine’s Shimmer and Shine.

“We are beyond excited to bring back our Nick Jr. Friends Event to our resorts this fall after continued overwhelming success,” said Daniel Lozano, Vice President of Operations at Karisma Hotels & Resorts. “Families can expect signature experiences coupled with new playful surprises that will make this year’s event bigger and better than ever.”

The resorts are both family friendly all-inclusive properties.
