Saint Lucia’s Sugar Beach Names New Director of Sales

Saint Lucia’s Sugar Beach, a Viceroy Resort has named a new director of sales, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The 96-room resort, one of just two Viceroy-branded resorts in the wider Caribbean, has tapped Christy Connolly to the role.

Connolly most recently served as director of sales at the former CuisinArt Resort in Anguilla, focusing on leisure and group sales, sales budgets and global sales strategies. (That property is now the Aurora Anguilla).

She has also served as director of sales at what is now the Cheval Blanc St Barth Isle de France in St Barth.

The resort is set in the heart of the Pitons’ UNESCO World Heritage Site in Saint Lucia.
