This Caribbean Island’s Biggest Hotel Is For Sale

The four-star Tobago hotel, the Magdalena Grand Beach and Golf Resort, is up for sale again.
The government of Trinidad and Tobago is now looking for an owner/international operator/investor for the 178-room and 22-suites hotel.

This was confirmed by state enterprise Evolving TecKnologies and Enterprise Development Company Limited (eTecK) on its website and advertised in the local newspapers, and the International Society of Hotel Consultants which is a professional organization of 200 members with work experience in over 60 countries.
