A Bahamas Estate With Its Own Beach Just Listed for $36 Million

In the biggest new listing so far in 2026, a Nassau-area estate has hit the market for $36 million, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.

It’s a rare listing in Lyford Cay, the most exclusive corner of new Providence. It comes after a nearly $20 million listing just changed hands, as CJI reported.
