In St Barth, a New Villa “Over the Ocean”

A dramatic new villa has made its debut at St Barth’s iconic Le Toiny hotel.

It’s called Villa Over the Ocean, and it’s a contemporary four-bedroom villa perched right over Toiny beach.

Amenities range from a private 900-square-foot heated pool to a vibrant tropical garden and a complete outdoor bar area, among others.

The property consists of four standalone units, each with en-suite bathrooms, high ceilings and separate dressing areas.

Most importantly, the villa comes with 24/7 concierge service and access to the services at Le Toiny, including the hotel’s celebrated Beach Club.
