Air Canada has made its return to the French Caribbean island of Martinique.

Air Canada has relaunched a weekly Saturday service between Montreal and Fort-de-France, with the first flight touching down this weekend.

The airline is operating the French Caribbean service on 169-seat aircraft.

All travelers must comply with Martinique’s tourism protocols, which include a negative PCR test within 72 hours or a negative antigen test within 48 hours, along with proof of vaccination.

It’s another boost for tourism in Martinique, which is also seeing the return of its airlift from the United States this week.
