Turks and Caicos Villa Lists for $6.25 Million

A luxury villa in Turks and Caicos has just hit the real estate market for $6.25 million, Caribbean Journal has learned. 

Cerulean, a four-bedroom, 10,538-square-foot stunner is set on the coast of Providenciales’ Princess Alexandra National Park.

The property emphasizes the blue of the ocean, with soaring windows and large sliding doors aimed at an indoor-outdoor experience.

Amenities include a 54-foot-long infinity pool on the edge of the water, a broad pool deck, a custom-built patio with a fire pit and easy access to a white-sand beach. 

Interior features include everything from white Hanex countertops to a dining room with an exterior deck and a two-story entry.

Set on a .92-acre lot, it’s been on the market in Providenciales for less than a month. 

The property is listed with Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty’s Patrick Staples and Richard Sanker.
