Anguilla’s Expanded Malliouhana Returns This Week

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - October 28, 2019

The recently-expanded Malliouhana, Auberge Resorts Collection resort in Anguilla is set to reopen for the season this week.

The luxury Meads Bay-area resort will relaunch Nov. 1 with a total of 63 rooms, an expansion from its prior total of 46.

The new rooms include 11 beachfront suites, four new garden suites and a new two-bedroom beachfront villa, all outfitted in the property’s signature colors of “mint, mango and white.”

The property has also expanded its Spa, with six new treatment rooms and a new spa pool overlooking the ocean.

That’s along with new meeting and gathering space near the lobby aimed at “C-Suite retreats,” with space for up to 60 people.

And the resort has reimagined its culinary concepts, with a new bar at the flagship Cafe Celeste eatery and a reimagined “Bar Soleil.”

The resort is even debuting new “beach ceviche” classes that will teach guests how to transform local seafood into rum-infused ceviche.
