The relaunched boutique hotel has been designed by the famed Gilles & Boissier, with 24 rooms including 13 cottages and two junior suites, each with their own terrace and private plunge pool.

The redesign also features new loft and villa accommodations, including a private home with six bedrooms, pool and multiple terraces showcasing the Caribbean sea.

World-renowned Chef Pierre Gagnaire is bringing Fouquet’s to the Caribbean.

Dining options will include the first Caribbean edition of Fouquet’s, the Paris-based, Michelin-starred brasserie by renowned Chef Pierre Gagnaire, with a mix of French and Caribbean-infused cuisine.

The hotel’s portfolio also includes the existing, popular Shellona, set on St Barth’s Shell Beach, which already serves up island-inspired bites like mahi-mahi cooked in coconut milk.
