There’s a new hotspot in Virgin Gorda.

Oil Nut Bay’s highly-anticipated Marina Village has now officially opened — and the centerpiece is Nova, its new overwater lounge.

Nova has instantly become one of the BVI’s trendiest waterfront destinations, with everything from overwater hammocks to a “suspended” pool perched right on the water’s edge.

“Nova is about bringing people together, a place where homeowners and guests can lounge poolside or suspended over the water on a luxurious daybed or hammock,” Oil Nut Bay officials said in a statement.

The menu is a mix of local and international, with everything from “driftwood sashimi with BVI salt and wahoo poke” to “copper pot cauliflower.”

It’s the latest addition to the luxury residential community set on the North Sound of Virgin Gorda.
