Sandals has already taken the overwater bungalow concept into the Caribbean — and now it’s going further.

The Caribbean resort brand has debuted a new overwater bar at its Sandals Montego Bay resort in Jamaica, the company said this week.

The new Latitudes Overwater Bar has 360-degree ocean views from its location, set just off the coast of the resort’s white-sand beach.

It’s even got its own hammock suspended above the water, along with the usual range of cocktail offerings.

The new bar is part of a wider renovation project at Sandals Montego Bay, which has added redesigned rooms, a refurbished lobby space and a new conference center.

The property also this week added a new Jamaican Jerk Shack to its culinary offering.
