Sunwing has added a new nonstop flight to Mexico, the Canadian travel giant announced this week.

Beginning Dec. 18, Sunwing will operate nonstop flights between Montreal and Mazatlan, with service running weekly on Tuesdays.

The flights will operate through April 16, 2019, according to the company.

“We are delighted to be offering Montrealers even more choice this coming winter and the introduction of this popular beach destination is sure to be well-received. Enjoying a combination of top-rated hotels, excellent beaches, varied excursions and an excellent climate, it has something for every kind of traveler and offers excellent value,” said Sam Char, Executive Vice President of Sunwing Travel Group Quebec. “With the introduction of the new flight service from Montreal, vacationers will enjoy access to this popular Pacific Mexican destination from eight different departure points across the country this coming winter.”

It’s the latest in what has been a series of new flight launches by Sunwing for the upcoming winter tourist season.
