One of Saint Lucia’s most popular places to stay has unveiled a major new look.

The locally-owned and operated Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa on Reduit Beach has debuted big changes to its 77-room marquee hotel.

“We are demonstrating our brand’s dedication to improving the guest experience, both functionally and stylistically, and the response has been overwhelming,” said Sanovnik Destang, Executive Director of the Bay Gardens triad of hotels in the north of St. Lucia.

The new bright look inside the rooms.

Included in each room’s refurbishment are furniture and fittings in pastel colors (turquoise, lagoon, capri and rose oak) as well as new Wi-Fi-enabled Samsung and LG smart TVs.

New stainless steel kitchen appliances have also been installed in the one-bedroom beachfront suites.

Destang noted that guests will not experience any construction inconveniences during the ongoing refurbishment, stating, “Keeping the resort fresh and up-to-date is a regular part of business operations at Bay Gardens.”

Sixteen beachfront and 14 pool view rooms have already been upgraded, and another 16 rooms will be refurbished before the end of the year.

“Our aim to is to offer guests the very best in hospitality and the legendary service we are known to deliver,” Destang said. “This project reminds them that we are always working to exceed their expectations.”
