Princess Cruises has officially unveiled its new Caribbean itineraries for the 2019-2020 season, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The season will be highlighted by the launch of Princess Cruises’ new Sky Princess ship, which will make its debut in December 2019 on a three-day inaugural cruise followed by a series of seven-day sailings across the Eastern and Western Caribbean.

The Sky Princess voyages will also include late-night stays during every visit to St Thomas and Cozumel, giving travelers the chance to enjoy extra time — and to enjoy the nightlife in each destination.

“The Caribbean continues to be a highly desired destination for families, honeymooners and travelers alike, offering a memorable taste of the island life through its culturally diverse people, flavorful food and of course, the sun-drenched beaches,” said Jan Swartz, Princess Cruises president. “The new Sky Princess and our other beautiful ships provide comfort and convenience while visiting the many diverse Caribbean islands.”

The season will also include Princess’ recently-announced Rhythm of the Caribbean immersive experience, which will include a range of locally-focused experiences both onboard and onshore.

The 2019-2020 schedule will include five ships offering 10 itineraries and 119 departures on Princess’ Caribbean Princess, Crown Princess, Pacific Princess, Regal Princess and Sky Princes ships.

The schedule will include stops at a total of 25 Caribbean ports.
