Aruba’s highly-anticipated Azure Beach Residences has officially kicked off sales of its units.

The waterfront development by the Pering Group has already reached the high point of construction on its second eight-story tower.

The property, which is located along Eagle Beach, has a mix of residences ranging from studio apartments to one and two-bedroom condominiums to a select group of penthouses.

Units feature everything from floor-to-ceiling windows to high-end kitchens.

All of the units feature spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, along with amenities like concierge service and a gym.
