A New Real Estate Development in Barbuda

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - August 11, 2017

Barbuda, long one of the Caribbean’s great undiscovered beach escapes, has a major new real estate development.

It’s called Barbuda Bay, and it launched in May with plans for 22 private villas anchored by the Lighthouse Bay Resort, according to George Egosarian of Resort Consultants, which is managing international marketing for the project.

The Lighthouse Bay resort.

Each villa will be sited directly on the beach, with an “eco-conscious” environment.

Completion of the first phase of the project is slated for early 2019.

Introductory pricing is starting at $2,995,000.
