Cayman Airways Adds More Nonstop Cayman-Montego Bay Flights For Summer

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - July 11, 2017

Cayman Airways has added nonstop flights from Cayman to Montego Bay for the summer.

The flights will operate twice-weekly throughout the season.

“As in previous years, the additional service will open more seats for the Jamaica market overall during the summer period when there is always heavy demand for travel between Grand Cayman and Jamaica, especially for Montego Bay and the surrounding area,” said Paul Tibbetts, Executive Vice President of Finance Commercial Affairs for Cayman Airways. “We know that summer is an important time for visiting relatives in either market, so we’re thrilled to be able to offer this convenient service to make their travel experience more seamless and enjoyable.”

Scheduled to allow for long weekend getaways as well as longer visits, the additional Montego Bay service will operate on Mondays and Fridays, from July 3 through Sept. 11.

Flight KX602 departs Grand Cayman at 8:25 A.M. and arrives in Montego Bay at 9:20 A.M.

On the return, flight KX603 departs Montego Bay at 10 A.M.and arrives on Grand Cayman at 10:55 A.M.

As with any international Cayman Airways flight, passengers can check two bags of up to 55 pounds each, free of charge, plus enjoy free Seven Fathoms Rum Punch inflight.
