Scrub Island Adds Four New Villas

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - May 31, 2017 - 4:40 pm

The Scrub Island private-island resort in the British Virgin Islands has added four new villas to its portfolio.

The new villa estates range from two to six bedrooms and from 3,000 to 6,000 interior square feet.

“In addition to our nine existing villas, the new Longview Villas are a perfect complement to the luxurious accommodations at Scrub Island,” said Federico Ciampi, Scrub Island’s resort manager. “From honeymooning couples to extended families, resort guests can experience their very own exclusive, private island villa with all the amenities of a five-star resort and more.”

The new accommodations are called Spinnaker House, The Drake House, The Shoreline House and The Leeward House.

Each villa features large balconies and terraces, as well as Subzero and Wolf appliances, enclosed rain showers and infinity-edged or plunge pools.

Villa rates begin at $2,250 per night for a three-bedroom villa.
