Sugar Beach’s Beachfront Collection Hits the Market

The ultra-luxe Beachfront Collection at St. Lucia’s Sugar Beach, a Viceroy Resort has hit the market.

The residences, designed by Michaelis Boyd Associates, are set within the storied UNESCO World Heritage site at the base of the Pitons, featuring spectacular views, infinity pools, outdoor showers and even waterslides.

They offer full access to Sugar Beach’s amenities, including the property’s four restaurants, spa, dive center, kids club, water sports, tennis and fitness classes, among others.

Prices for the units range from $8.25 million to $15 million.
