Make Sure You Pick Up a Copy of This in Anguilla

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - January 4, 2017

If you’re visiting Anguilla this year you’ll want to pick up the latest edition of True Anguilla, the local destination guide that’s packed with practical sightseeing, dining and shopping intel from in-the-know islanders.

“I believe we publish the best free visitor guide to a destination anywhere, one that’s in keeping with the quality of Anguilla’s tourism product all around,” says Trudy Nixon, publisher and editor in chief of the four-year-old title. “True Anguilla isn’t your average free guide because Anguilla isn’t your average island.”

Highlights of the current annual include features on Anguilla’s popularity as location for TV shows and fashion shoots; how to enjoy a walking tour of The Valley; an east-to-west dining and “liming” guide; and roundups of the island’s shopping, tours, activities and wellness options, all illustrated with exceptional photography.

Visitors can pick up complimentary copies of True Anguilla at the ferry terminal and airport, as well as at hotels, villas, restaurants and shops island-wide.
