Delta is expanding its service to Bonaire for the upcoming peak season, the Tourism Corporation Bonaire announced.
The carrier will be offering thrice-weekly nonstop service between Atlanta and Bonaire from Dec. 17 to Jan. 6.
The flights will operate on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Fridays, allowing for longer stays on the Dutch Caribbean island.
The expanded service comes as Delta has been significantly ramping up its flight network in the Caribbean as competitors like JetBlue and Southwest broaden their networks.
Bonaire has been seeing an airlift boost this year; the new Delta flights come as United Airlines announced expanded flights to Bonaire out of its Newark hub.
