The Ritz-Carlton San Juan’s Newest Hire

The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan has named a new general manager for its casino.

The luxury Puerto Rico hotel has named Ada Perez to the role, following more than three decades of experience in the casino operations and hospitality fields.

“We are delighted to welcome Ada, whose passion for elevating the casino experience for locals and travelers alike is incredibly energizing,” said Jacqueline Volkart, general manager for The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan. “Her well-rounded knowledge in the gaming industry and leadership skills make her an excellent choice to operate the island’s most luxurious casino.”

A native of Cuba who was raised in Spain and Puerto Rico, Perez had been working at another San Juan hotel as casino director since 2004.
