The largest source market for the archipelago remains the United States, which saw 20 percent growth last year, while Brazil, a relatively new market for the territory, showed 30 percent growth. Expedia released the data on the heels of the Turks and Caicos Conference, the destination’s top trade event.

Turks and Caicos saw overall growth of 8.1 percent in tourist arrivals in 2015, according to numbers released by the destination’s tourist board.

That represented a total of 386,052 stopover visitors.
