Melia Opens First-Ever Hotel in Jamaica

A major new hotel has opened its doors in Jamaica.

Spanish hotel giant Melia has debuted its first-ever property in Jamaica, the Melia Braco Village.

The beachfront resort has two pools, a bar, five restaurants and a spa, among other amenities.

The resort has 226 rooms and 61 suites, along with the brand’s signature The Level hotel-within-a-hotel.

The latter includes a VIP lounge, concierge service, private areas, an additional restaurant and an exclusive spa, among other features.

The property is the transformation of the former Braco Village resort in Trelawny.
