Aruba’s Pop-Up Beach Restaurant Has a New Look

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - January 9, 2016

Every day at sunset, a sandy beach lounging area in Aruba transforms into a haute beach restaurant.

And now Aruba’s popular beach pop-up eatery, Simply Fish, has a new look and a new name.

The beach restaurant at the Aruba Marriott is now called Atardi.

The menu includes local Aruban favorites and a focus on the island’s seafood, from tropical bouillabaisse to macadamia-crusted grouper.

The new look incorporates what the resort is calling a “coastal design concept,” with blue tones and a natural color palette.

The rebranded Atardi is open daily from 6:15 to 10 PM.
