Le Soleil d’Or, a beachside farm-to-table resort in Cayman Brac, has announced new boutique hotel and farm lodge accommodations, enhanced wellness offerings, and holiday programming for the upcoming season.

Guests traveling with friends and family and enjoy Le Soleil d’Or’s three-bedroom Beach House, which sleeps up to 10, and one-bedroom Beach Cottage, which sleeps a family of four.

Both are recently renovated and feature private pools, beach access, and a full kitchen.

Couples or solo travelers will have the option to stay in the Beach Studio, located at the on-property beach club.

The resort will also introduce new accommodation options in a four-room boutique hotel complete with its own pool, lounge area, and full kitchen.

The property’s 20-acre organic farm will also host new accommodations in the form of the three-bedroom Farm Lodge, which offers guests an upscale rustic experience.

Two new dining options, Lemon Bar and Restaurant and Calamondin Restaurant, will showcase the farm’s bounty.

The resort’s kitchen features a newly-installed Italian oven, which will be used for brick oven pizza-making sessions, one of many hands-on culinary experiences available at the resort.

Le Soleil d’Or is offering a Farm-to-Table Feast package, which allows groups of up to 10 guests to enjoy a fresh-from-the-farm holiday dinner coming their traditional family recipes with Caribbean inspired dishes such as mango turkey, longbean casserole with crispy shallots, and lemon maple pumpkin.

The package includes accommodations in the Beach Villa with a fully-stocked kitchen, a harvest farm tour, a group cooking class, and more.

The resort has also enhanced its programming with brand new tennis and basketball courts, for which private lessons and coaching sessions can be arranged upon request.
