Thinking about building a private villa in paradise? Or a new hotel?

The island of Anguilla will play host to a pair of high-profile auctions on Nov. 5, according to DeCaro Luxury Auctions.

The first auction is for a plot of land on Rose Hill in Shoal Bay, while the second includes three lots in Black Garden Bay.

The Rose Hill property is located on 2.5 acres of waterfront land in Shoal Bay, with a stairway providing direct access to the bay. It also includes a structure that is 70 percent complete with a two-story main building and four smaller villas.

The Black Garden Bay site includes three plots of land 70 feet above sea level.

The auctions will take place Nov. 5 at 11 AM at the Renaissance Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

“The first auction for Plot #344-345-346 Rose Hill is an incredible opportunity for a buyer to purchase Caribbean waterfront property in Shoal Bay with a structure that is ready to be completed and transformed into a private residence, boutique hotel or spa-retreat of someone’s dreams,” said Daniel DeCaro, CEO and founder of DeCaro Luxury Auctions. “The following auction for three neighboring parcels is a chance for one or multiple buyers to purchase land with endless possibilities for commercial or residential development. Buyers with vision and a desire to capitalize on the destination of Anguilla will not be disappointed with this rare real estate event on Nov. 5.”
