Solmar Expanding in Los Cabos

An expansion in Mexico

Solmar is expanding in Los Cabos, the company announced this week.

The brand, which recently completed its Grand Solmar Land’s End Resort and Spa, has announced the development of the new Rancho San Lucas residential community.

The coastal resort development will be set on 835 acres on the ocean.

The property is slated to break ground in December, with the first phase of the community slated to debut in late 2017.

“We are excited about the expansion along the Pacific coast, said Ricardo Orozco, Vice President of Operations for Solmar Hotels & Resorts. “Its such a great location that not many tourists are aware of yet and the perfect spot for a second Grand Solmar resort.”
