Grand Lucayan Is Adding a New Property to the Bahamas

Expansion for the Grand Lucayan

Grand Bahama’s Lighthouse Pointe Bahamas all inclusive resort is set to open in late 2015, marking the brand’s entry into the rapidly-growing all-inclusive market in the region.

The resort will be a standalone resort at the Grand Lucayan resort in Grand Bahama.

Grand Bahama’s Lighthouse Pointe will feature 198 stylish guest rooms, recreational facilities such as a Yoga Center and resort nightclub, and eight dining options featuring everything from Starbucks coffee to authentic Bahamian specialties.

“Lighthouse Pointe aims to target a wider range of international consumer demographics,” said Tom Anderson, Chief Marketing Officer for Grand Lucayan, Bahamas. “We will continue to deliver the quality and personalized services that characterize the Grand Lucayan brand with the added-value and convenience that comes with the all-inclusive model.”

Lighthouse Pointe will provide special features to ensure a high-quality experience for all guests, from families to couples, the hotel said. The all-inclusive property is launching specials for occupancy beginning Dec. 12, 2015.
