The Grand Velas Riviera Maya resort is bringing together four top Maîtres Cuisiniers de France to present guests with a complimentary 10-course culinary experience at the resort’s Piaf restaurant.

The dinners will be held from October 14-18 in the restaurant’s cabaret-inspired dining room, with each course featuring wine pairings created by one of the four chefs – Christian Têtedoie, Claude Le-Tohic, Claude Godard and Michele Mustière.

Têtedoie currently operates Lyon’s Têtedoie restaurant, a consistent recipient of one Michelin star since 2000.

Le-Tohic has served at several acclaimed restaurants over the course of his career, receiving a combined 12 Michelin stars between them, and has been nominated for the James Beard “Best Chef” Award.

Godard, who currently owns New York City’s Madison Bistro,  represents the third generation in a family of chefs, and has worked with some of Paris’ best, including lain Dutournier and Jean-Pierre Vigato.

Mustière is the Executive Chef of Grand Velas Riviera Maya’s Piaf restaurant, and is one of only seven chefs in Mexico to attain the Master Chef of France title.

A total of 80 seats will be available at each dinner, which is included in the nightly rate for resort guests, beginning at $393 per person per night.
