Caribbean Home: This Villa Just Listed in the Turks and Caicos Islands

There’s a new luxury villa on the block in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The 4,044-square-foot property in Providenciales has hit the block for $1.85 million, according to RE/MAX Real Estate Group Turks and Caicos, which has the listing on the property.

The property is located on a cul-de-sac that extends out onto an ocean-access canal.

It has a 100-foot dock, five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a 16×16-foot gazebo bar, among other features.
