The latest Caribbean Home heads to the luxurious island of St Barth, home to a spectacular three-bedroom villa called Villa GAN.

The three-bedroom property is currently listed with Sibarth Real Estate for around $7.08 million USD (6.5 million Euro).

The villa, located on the Petite Saline hillside, has a gourmet kitchen, a 65-foot pool in view of the sea and three bathrooms.

“Quality finishes and high ceilings make the living spaces both elegant and harmonious,” the company says. “Indeed, the red granite floor and the cedar wood paneled library and ceilings combine perfectly with the Antiques, Asian pieces and modern furniture.”
