The latest Caribbean Home heads to Providenciales for a look at a five-bedroom, six-bathroom villa on Caravel Avenue.

This bright, contemporary property is listed at $5.9 million exclusively by RE/MAX Real Estate Group’s MacPherson in Provo.

The secluded property, called “Windermere,” was built in 2010 on a canalfront lot.

The 8,700-square-foot property includes a 120-foot private dock.
