SAN JUAN — The island of Tobago is now home to a brand-new boutique hotel.
The property, called “Chic,” is located near the ANR Robinson International Airport.
The announcement was made in the context of the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association’s Caribbean Travel Marketplace conference in San Juan this week.
The 40-room property includes a pool, a restaurant called Tempo, a spa and a pool bar called Flip Flops.
The property also includes meeting space (including the Rapso, Kaiso and Soca rooms), with capacity for up to 30 and a 250-person Calypso Ballroom.
Each room includes a 42-inch flat-screen, a refrigerator and free Wi—Fi, among other amenities.
It is the first new boutique property to debut in Tobago in several years.
