The Pirate’s Nest condominium-hotel project is moving forward with the next phase of construction.

The 246-room project in Frigate Bay has already begun clearing land, with heavy equipment already on site.

“We are cutting the roads and removing the debris and vegetation in preparation for the building of the foundations,” said Lung Ho, project manager on Pirate’s Nest.

The project will be located on a 7.1-acre site, with 41 condominium units in six independent buildings. Each building will have three floors.

The project is the brainchild of T-Loft Property Development, which has applied for and been approved for St Kitts and Nevis’ Citizenship by Investment Programme.

The Pirate’s Nest first broke ground in December 2013.
