A villa at the Le Sereno hotel in St Barth’s has been listed for sale at $10 million, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The Villa Luis, which is part of the Le Sereno Villa Collection, is being listed with St Barth Properties Sotheby’s International Realty.

The property, which was designed by architectural firm C+P Architects, had its interior designed by French designer Christian Liaigre.

The 7,500-square-foot villa can accommodate eight or more guests over two floors.

“Having always admired Le Sereno’s signature blend of modern design and traditional hospitality, we are especially proud to be representing a property that embodies that culture,” said Tom Smyth, Vice President of St Barth Properties Sotheby’s International Realty. “Villa Luis provides a truly unique opportunity for people searching for an enhanced St. Barth villa experience.”

The property has three master suites, a media room and a second-floor private swimming pool.
