Aruba Marriott Resort Names New Culinary Team

The Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino has named a new culinary team, the property announced.

The Marriott has appointed Teddy Bouroncle as its new executive chef, while naming Miguel Garcia and Romeo Penacino, executive sous chefs.

Bouroncle was most recently the executive chef and food and beverage director at the JW Marriott Cusco resort in Peru.

Penacino was most recently the restaurant supervisor and restaurant chef at the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort, while Garcia had been serving as the kitchen and food and beverage director at the Occidental Grand Aruba.

Bouroncle will oversee the daily kitchen operations for the resort’s three restaurants, wiht support from Penacino and Garcia.
