For a destination like Nassau, it’s often hard to find something new — particularly right on the beach.

But the new Palm Cay development in the Yamacraw area of New Providence is precisely that.

A 69-acre oceanfront community, Palm Cay (which also has a 194-slip marina, a clubhouse and, soon, a restaurant), recently launched its condominium offerings.

Palm Cay’s residential properties include its Starfish Isle townhomes, a series of residences set right on the ocean.

Each Starfish Isle townhome has around 2,000 square feet, with three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a large beachfront terrace and balcony.

The ground floor has travertine tile, while the upper floor has wood floors.

The bottom line? You can walk right onto the beach from the unit.

Prices of the Starfish townhomes begin at $649,000 to $799,000.
