The proposed Golden Rock Commercial Park mixed-use project in St Kitts will cost an estimated $76 million, according to co-developer Errol Douglas.
Douglas is developing the project with Scott Caines.
It will be located about a block east of the Robert L Bradshaw International Airport.
The project, which launched earlier this month, will include 250,000 square feet of commercial and residential space.
The first phase, Building 1, will include three floors and a mezzanine, with 64 units of approximately 1,000 square feet, along with a 20,000-square-foot supermarket.
Golden Rock Commercial Park will ultimately be built in five phases, with the second being a 32-unit condominium hotel.
