Puerto Rico’s Carolina has a new beachfront bar, following the opening of the Sirena Restaurant & Bar at the Courtyard Isla Verde Beach Resort near San Juan.

The new bar, which is located on the Atlantic coastline at the resort, is part of the first phase of an “extensive” renovation at the property, according to Marriott, which styles the bar as featuring “soft lights, big flavours, salsa music, mojitos and a breathtaking ocean view.”

The resort also recently announced the addition of Ricky Rivera as executive chef.

Carolina is part of the greater San Juan metropolitan area.
