Crestline Hotels and Resorts has been selected to manage the Grand Caymanian Resort on Grand Cayman, the company announced this week.

The property, which is located at 278 Crighton Drive in Grand Cayman, is currently undergoing renovations to become the Holiday Inn Resort Grand Cayman in early 2013.

Current renovations include enhancements and modifications to the interior and exterior of the resort.

“The Grand Caymanian Resort is located on one of the Caribbean’s most delightful destinations,” said James Carroll, President and Chief Executive Officer of Crestline Hotels & Resorts. “We are excited to work with the group at Grand Caymanian, Ltd as we bring our hospitality management experience to the island and help enhance this resort’s reputation as a first class destination hotel.”

Crestline said it was currently in discussions with “a number of hotel owners in the region” for more business.

It currently manages 44 hotels, resorts and conference centres with nearly 7,600 rooms in 10 US states, the District of Columbia and the Cayman Islands.
