The CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa in Anguilla has reopened for season following a $15 million renovation to the property.

The three-month project made changes to the resort’s accommodations, resort entrance, pools and restaurants.

The 275-acre beachfront property’s 93 guest rooms now have new furnishings, LCD TVs, Bose Wave music systems, Nespresso makers and other enhancements.

“CuisinArt Resort prides itself on maintaining a consistent level of luxury and offering a superior product,” said Stephanie Zaharia, general manager of CuisinArt, said in a release. “Investing in upgrades and renovations is part of the process that allows us to continue to provide that.”

CuisinArt’s recently-obtained Greg Norman-designed 18-hole golf course also saw an upgrade to its 11,000-square-foot clubhouse.

On the culinary side, Anguilla now has its first Japanese restaurant, with Tokyo Bay opening at the resort. Another new restaurant, Italia, is located in the golf clubhouse. Menus at Cafe Mediterraneo, Beach Grill and the AAA Four Diamond-rated Le Bistro at Santorini have all received updates.

The CuisinArt property is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World.
