The level of net international reserves at the Bank of Jamaica stood at $1.96 billion at the end of last month, according to recently released data.
The figure marks a $70 million drop from the end of October, but represents nearly 20 weeks of goods and services imports, based on their estimated value for the 2011/2012 year.
The international minimum standard is 12 weeks of goods and services.
Gross reserves at the bank, which consist of foreign assets, stood at approximately $2.9 billion at the end of last month.
