Angela Brown-Burke is the vice president of Jamaica’s People’s National Party, along with being Councillor for the Norman Gardens Division and Minority Leader in the Kingston and St. Andrew Corporation. Caribbean Journal talked to Brown-Burke about the ongoing problems of extradition in Jamaica, the dual citizenship matter and the recent World Bank report that tied potential Jamaican crime reduction to improved growth.
