A Wellness Weekend in St. Barth

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - February 26, 2017

St. Barth luxury hotel Le Guanahani is hosting a wellness weekend from March 2-5, 2017.

“Meditate ON…Sunshine at Le Guanahani” promises to offer guests a refreshing and immersive experience on the hotel’s own private peninsula.

“Wellness is a growing travel trend that aligns with our philosophy and mission of offering guests fun, interactive and uplifting experiences,” said Martein Van Wagenberg, Managing Director of Le Guanahani.

For a second consecutive year, the hotel is collaborating with renowned wellness expert Dave Romanelli to put on the retreat.

Romanelli will guide participants through daily sensory-inspired meditations based on his Meditate ON series.

Incorporating the warm ocean, exotic chocolates and fresh fruits, the sessions invite guests to slow down and fill their minds with positivity and peace.

Package rates start at $3,183 in an Ocean Bay Room, including access to spa, fitness and tennis facilities; use of non-motorized watersports equipment; WiFi access; and round-trip transfers from St. Barth’s airport.
