One of the Caribbean’s culinary capitals has a new addition.
It’s called Orega, and it’s a Japanese-French fusion restaurant located in the capital, Gustavia.
The restaurant offers a unique take on both classic Japanese and French cuisine.
That means a fascinating mix of dishes: from a sushi roll including wagyu beef, spring onion and bok choy to a milllefeuille of Kobe beef filet and vegetables.
And of course there’s some local seafood on the menu too — think lobster ravioli with wild mushrooms.
